availably permits, RDM will loan you a comparable piece of gear
free of charge until your component is repaired or replaced.*

While our service commitment is pretty well as good as it sounds, there
are some important restrictions you should be aware of. First of all,
if your gear is not under the manufacturer's warranty when it dies
(typically a 3 year warranty), then you are liable for the costs of
parts, labor, and shipping (if applicable) on the repair of your equipment.
If you bought used gear from RDM and it dies, you are usually liable
for the cost of the rental of the "loaner" gear as well as the repair
of your equipment. Finally, while RDM will make every effort to keep
"known good spares" available in the even that you need them, in some
rare cases we may not be able to provide a temporary replacement. While
this has never happened, it is important to realize that it could.
In the even that your gear dies, please call us immediately and we'll
reserve you a temporary replacement. |
